The most exciting part about this profession is the opportunity to engage in a daily practice of growth with myself and with my clients. 

Working on your personal health and goals can look very different during different life stages. I believe it is important to understand and take into consideration these different life stages and allow ourselves the grace to learn and grow from each chapter.

As your therapist, I look forward to working with you in a collaborative method to support your personal and unique goals. It is important to me that my clients feel supported and safe in our therapeutic space whether you are new to counselling or returning as you continue along your personal journey.
